Return policy:

1. Returned purchases are entitled to store credits only. 
   Delivery and shipping fees are nontransferable credits.

2. If the item received is clearly damaged, in the customers’ immediate possession,
   it must be returned or given back, to the delivery man or curtain installer,
   the damaged item, in its a entirety, promptly, for an exchange or full store credit.

3. If the item has been shipped, and upon immediate inspection, after removal from
   packing materials, there is damage, then the customer must contact The Red Threads
   immediately and ship the item back for an exchange. The Red Threads will be
   responsible for the shipping fees, both ways. If the item was damaged from the
   shipping carrier, via clear evidence of damage on the box or crate, the customer
   must deal with the shipping agent exclusively themselves.

4. If the item breaks from regular use, (not including, customer inflicted chips,
   scratches, cracks, tears, etc.) under our 60 days guarantee we will exchange the
   damaged item. The customer must provide the proof of purchase in addition to the
   damaged item in its entirety. We will not accept a partial exchange, all of the
   pieces of the item must be returned to a The Red Threads representative. The total
   of the return and exchange shipping fees will be divided equally between The Red
   Threads and the customer.

5. If the customer is dissatisfied with the item based on a aesthetic issue, sizing,
   or inter- party dispute or dissatisfaction, etc., then the item may be returned for
   a store credit that will be issued at 75% of price value, within one week of sale only.
   The customer is responsible for, in full, all delivery and shipping fees associated
   with this type of transaction.

6. Items that are on a special price offering or final sale are not under the terms of
   our Return Policy.

7. Custom orders are non returnable.

This guarantee does not apply to:
•    Failure to follow product care instructions as supplied by theredthreads. 
•    Damage caused by a carrier other than Seller.
•    Normal wear and tear or acts or omissions of parties other than Seller (including
     user modification).
•    Customers Own Material or other third party materials applied to Products.
•    Products not installed following instructions or damaged by careless removal of
     packaging.
•    Textile: damage, shrinkage, pilling or discoloration caused by exposure to extreme
     weather condition,improper cleaning or improper usage.
•    Natural variations occurring in wood, fabric, and leather shall not be considered
     defects, and the Seller does not guarantee the matching of the colors, grains,
     textures or surface hardness of such materials.
•    Defects caused by improper usage, negligence or purpose other than normal household
     usage.
